Wanshou Palace/Flower Drum, I have wanted to eat it for a long time~

万寿宫/Flower Drum，想吃好久了～ 第一道珍珠肉，名副其实贝壳里面包裹珍珠的肉，口感很像更有嚼劲的带子，配上芦笋很搭。第二道虾肉肠粉一般般。第三道就是四种港式点心，吃惯了里面是米饭的烧卖再回头吃里面是肉的还真没觉得有多好吃。第四道北京烤鸭，经理说特地把烤鸭里的肥肉切出去因为西人不喜欢吃，不过这道菜精致在特地用酱画出的鸭子模样很有意思。第五道脆皮烧鸡，外面的皮果然很脆里面的肉也是恰到好处的嫩。之后的饭后小菜很是清爽解腻，整顿饭吃完不得不感叹这果然是墨尔本中餐里最fine的fine dining了

在这里吃了午饭，我们受到了热情的欢迎，我们甚至没有预订很快就可以就坐了。我们点了春季菜单，发现食物美味，里脊牛排在嘴里融化了，鸭肉也很嫩，我们对食物简直无法挑剔，太妃糖苹果很美味，它本身就像是一家艺术公司。
